What makes your bed frames different to other brands?

Our bed frames are a one of a kind and the only one in the Australian market. The Marshmallow Frame is completely cushioned which means there are no wood, sharp corners or edges. Unlike traditional bed frames which are lightly padded over wood and feel inexpensive, the Marshmallow Frame excels in providing support, comfort and style.

Thanks to our 100% cushioned design, you no longer have to worry about stubbing your toes and legs on your bed frame ever again.

Can I use the Marshmallow Frame on it's on without a mattress base?

The Marshmallow Frame is designed to work with a mattress base that is 8-9" high and cannot be used without one. This is for hygiene purposes and to allow proper airflow & ventilation for your mattress to prevent mold build up.

Not to worry, as this product includes everything you need.

Are the covers removeable?

Yep, our Marshmallow covers can be removed and washed on a cold delicate cycle and air-dried. However we don't recommend doing it frequently to avoid stretching/shrinking the covers. For small stains we recommend spot cleaning.

When removing and putting the covers back on, please be gentle to avoid damaging the zips.

We are not responsible for any damages or issues that arise when washing covers.

How long does it take for the bed to fully expand?

The time taken for our Marshmallow beds to inflate will vary from bed to bed. It will ultimately depend on how long that particular bed has been compressed.

We find that 7 days is enough for the foam to expand to it's general shape. Corners and edges usually require extra time. However with a bit of time and love, all it's edges and plush corners will expand into it's sumptuous shape.

Does the Marshmallow Frame take long to assemble?

Our unique design arrives fully assembled and literally installs in minutes - We promise!

No tools are required. Just remove the Marshmallow components from the box and watch it expand.

However if you do not have an existing Mattress Base, assembly time will take roughly 15-30 minutes.

What does this product include?

Is it okay to use a fabric protectant like Scotchgard to protect it?

Yes, we strongly suggest using a fabric protectant like Scotchgard, as a preventive measure against stains.

To keep your bed looking at its best, we recommend to

Regularly vacuum & dust the fabric with a microfiber cloth to remove any dust/debris that may cause the fabric to stain/dull,
To clean stains, dampen a clean white cloth with water and dab the stained area,
Avoid abrasive rubbing and harsh chemicals that may discolour or damage the fabric.

Why is it always on pre-order?

We do have fabrics in stock from time to time. Please check each fabric for dispatch dates.

Unfortunately due to our high demand, we mainly work on a pre-order model basis. We know this may not be the most convenient, but it does come with some benefits. This allows our customers to reserve their desired fabric and guarantees availability as soon as it's available.

However, we are working our hardest to resolve this in the near future!
