Shipping and Delivery
What is Ineshi's delivery information?
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We produce in limited runs to maintain quality and reduce excess. As a result, some designs may occasionally be available on pre-order while they're in production or part of an incoming shipment.
Estimated dispatch dates are displayed above the 'Add to Cart' button on each product page.
In Stock – Available at our Sydney warehouse and ready to be dispatched.
Ships _______ – Currently on an incoming shipment and expected to dispatch within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page.
Once the shipment arrives, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Every order is carefully prepared at our Sydney warehouse before being handed to one of our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination. An estimated guideline is below.
DELIVERY OPTIONS

A convenient option for smaller furniture and home décor that can be easily carried inside and assembled yourself.

Delivers to: Australia-wide
- Delivered to your front door or ground floor entrance.
- Larger items may require assistance from the driver to your property's ground floor entrance.
- Does not include a scheduled delivery date, delivery into your home, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Room of Choice (Coming soon)
Our most convenient delivery experience for larger furniture items such as bed frames, dressers and bedside tables. Your order is delivered directly into the room of your choice, making setup that little bit easier.
Delivery cost: From $79
Available: Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and selected regional areas.
Delivery pricing is calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Convenient SMS delivery booking lets you choose a delivery date that suits you.
- Live delivery tracking on the day of arrival.
- Furniture is carefully placed into the room of your choice.
- No heavy lifting required.
- Does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

- $10 flat rate for orders under $60.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
What is carbon neutral shipping?
Carbon neutral shipping helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery by offsetting the emissions created during transport.
For every order, estimated shipping emissions are calculated and a portion of our revenue goes towards carbon removal projects. These projects support initiatives that help remove or reduce carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
It’s one small step we take towards a more considered and responsible future.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes. Smaller items and home décor can be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, business addresses, and residential addresses Australia-wide.
Furniture and other bulky items require a residential delivery address, as they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Do you ship internationally?
We only deliver within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
Orders
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched, we're unfortunately unable to make changes.
This includes:
- Cancelling your order
- Changing products or quantities
- Updating your shipping or billing address
- Adding items to an existing order
- Changing your shipping method
- Updating your payment method
As our warehouse team processes orders quickly, we can't guarantee that changes can be made before dispatch. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@ineshi.com.au as soon as possible.
Why isn't my tracking informaton updating?
Tracking updates can occasionally be delayed or skipped while your parcel is in transit. In most cases, your order is still on its way as expected.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll be happy to investigate with the delivery partner and provide you with an update.
Why haven't I received my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend first checking your tracking information for the latest delivery updates.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you can't locate it, please check:
- With other members of your household.
- Around your property's front entrance or any safe place the parcel may have been left.
- Whether you've received a card, SMS, or email advising that your parcel is available for collection from a local post office or collection point.
If you're still unable to locate your order, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll be happy to investigate with the delivery partner and assist you as quickly as possible.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Simply contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with a description of the issue. In some cases, we'll ask for photos so we can assess the situation and provide the quickest resolution.
Our team will review your enquiry promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Payment Information
How secure is my payment?
Your payment information is protected using secure, encrypted payment gateways, including Shopify Payments. Every transaction is processed using industry-standard security measures to help keep your personal and payment details safe.
What are my payment options?
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Klarna.
Flexible payment options are available at checkout, subject to each provider’s eligibility criteria.
Do you offer interest-free payment options?
Yes. We offer a range of flexible, interest-free payment options through Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, and PayPal Pay in 4.
Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You'll need an account with your chosen provider, with approval subject to their eligibility criteria.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the Discount Code field during checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be applied to your order before payment.
What currency is your store in?
Prices on our website are in Australia Dollars ($AUD).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Please take a minute to have a read of our returns policy. We offer 14-Day-Returns from the date of the delivery/receiving your order.
However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for a return and placed in the post within 14 days of the delivery/receiving of your order.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, and must be unused and in it's original condition.
- We highly recommend unboxing your items carefully and keeping all packaging in a safe place in case you need to lodge a return. Items without packaging cannot be returned.
- Item(s) were not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

FURNITURE RETURNS
Furniture returns are subject to the conditions above. To help cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and processing returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Ineshi and will be deducted from your refund.
- Furniture must be returned in as-new condition, complete with its original packaging.
- Any damage, stains, scratches, modifications, or missing packaging may result in the return being declined.
IMPORTANT: Marshmallow Frame Returns
We are extremely confident that you will be pleased with the products purchased from Ineshi. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.
We strongly recommend ordering our complimentary fabric swatches before purchasing if you're deciding between colours or fabrics.
When opening your Marshmallow Bed, carefully cut along the short side of the outer packaging bag so it can be reused if a return is required.
Please note that the return of any Marshmallow Frames are subject to the conditions below:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Ineshi and will be deducted from your refund.
- The bed must be returned in as-new condition, complete with its original packaging.
- Any scratches, stains, damage, modifications, or missing packaging may result in the return being declined.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Items purchased from Ineshi can be returned for a full refund within 14-days of delivery/receiving your order. Please read our returns policy for more details.
How do I initiate a return?
If you wish to return your order, please email our customer care team at support@ineshi.com.au to receive further instructions.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund after returning my order?
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. We'll notify you by email as soon as your return has been approved.
For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
