Warranty Duration:
All products purchased from Ineshi come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Ineshi will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any products that prove to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is not covered:
This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or improper installation.
  3. Products that have not been maintained according to the Furniture Care Instructions provided with the item.
  4. Damage caused by natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
  5. Any costs associated with transporting the product to and from Ineshi or any of its authorized service centers.

How to claim the warranty:
To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team via support@ineshi.com.au
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, date of purchase, and your order number.
  3. Our team may request photographs or other documents to understand the problem better.
  4. Once the claim is approved, we will guide you through the process of repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability:
Ineshi’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the products found to be defective. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising out of the use or inability to use such products, even if Ineshi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General Provisions:
This warranty is non-transferable and is available only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Ineshi’s official online store.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be dealt with as per the jurisdiction and laws of New South Wales, Australia.
