Items purchased from Ineshi can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery/receiving your order. Please read our returns policy for more details and exclusions

We are extremely confident that you will be pleased with the products purchased from Ineshi. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.

Please take a minute to have a read of our returns policy. We offer 14-Day-Returns from the date of the delivery/receiving your order. 

Not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Item(s) must be in as-new condition, with original, undamaged packaging, including all protective materials, labels, and accessories.
• Items without original packaging cannot be returned. We highly recommend unboxing your items carefully and keeping all packaging in a safe place in case you need to lodge a return.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by Ineshi and will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost will be confirmed by our team.
• Any damage, stains, scratches, modifications, or missing packaging may result in the return being declined.
• Item(s) were not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

For bulky items such as bed frames, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your order back in our warehouse. We then inspect the item to ensure both the product and packaging are in good condition, and then process your refund in 4-5 business days.

If there are any issues with the item, we will notify you of via email.

Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method used to make the order.
