All orders dispatch from our Sydney warehouse and we cover all shipping costs if your purchase is over $60AUD.

  • Starting from $10 AUD and capped at $15 AUD.

White Glove Delivery (Furniture only)

We deliver your items to your chosen room (includes 3 flights of stairs), unpack them, assemble them, and remove associated rubbish.

As a small furniture brand, we sometimes work on pre-order model basis. If your item is on pre-order, it means your product is currently on an incoming shipment/currently being made. This will be clearly communicated on the product page with estimated dispatch dates. Once dispatched, you can expect your order within 3-5 business days.


As part of our committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, we've pledged to remove carbon dioxide (CO2) from all our orders by supporting cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the air.

For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

By engaging in carbon neutral shipping, we aim to help mitigate the environmental impact of transportation and work towards a more sustainable future.


Inspect items and surroundings upon delivery and report any damage to the item or your property directly to the delivery partner and contact us with photos.

We will respond within 1-2 business days.

We reserve the right to determine if a defect or wear and tear caused a product or component to fail.

Replacement or repair is offered at our discretion and within your consumer rights and guarantees. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a substitute or full refund, depending on inventory availability. All repair or replacement of item(s) will depend on inventory availability. Ineshi shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Ineshi or to any comparison.


We only operate in Australia and don't ship any of our products internationally.
