• Larger items may require assistance from the driver to your property's ground floor entrance.
• Does not include a scheduled delivery date, delivery into your home, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Our most convenient delivery experience for larger furniture items such as bed frames, dressers and bedside tables. Your order is delivered directly into the room of your choice, making setup that little bit easier.

Delivery cost: From $79

Available: Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and selected regional areas.

Delivery pricing is calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout before payment.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When your order arrives, we recommend inspecting both the items and surrounding area before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, please notify the delivery partner immediately and contact us with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

For added peace of mind, we recommend keeping the original packaging for a short period after delivery, as it may be required if support is needed.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

If a warranty claim is approved, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, substitute product, or refund in accordance with your Australian Consumer Law rights and subject to product availability.c
