What does this product include?

We've made it easy for you and created a bundle with everything you need for your dream bedroom setup. Each purchase Includes: x1 Marshmallow Frame (headboard + base) x1 Tool-less Metal Mattress Base x1 Velcro Footing Cover

If I have an existing mattress base that is 26cm, can I buy just the Marshmallow components only?

Yes, the Floating Marshmallow Bed can accommodate any mattress base that has the same dimensions and is between 24-28cm high. If you have an existing mattress base that matches the dimensions of ours and wish to purchase the Marshmallow components on it's own, please contact us at support@ineshi.com.au

Is the Marshmallow Bed free from chemicals and toxins?

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our beds are safe for all humans by only selecting premium materials. Our bed frames are made from high density CertiPUR-US foams which means they are made without mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde and free from nasty chemicals. All our fabrics that we use are OEKO-TEX® certified as well.

Can I use a fabric protectant like Scotchgard to protect it?

Certainly, applying a fabric protectant like Scotchgard can serve as a preventative measure against stains. However, it's not essential since minor stains can be spot cleaned, and our covers are removable and machine washable for a thorough cleaning and refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your bed frames different to other brands?

The Marshmallow Bed redefines the upholstered bed frame. Fully cushioned on every surface, it offers a sculptural silhouette that delivers both visual elegance and tactile comfort.

Unlike traditional frames built from wood and lightly padded, the Marshmallow Bed is cushioned from edge to edge—meaning no more painful toe stubs or shin bumps. Our one-of-a-kind design not only provides uncompromising comfort and support but also introduces a level of refinement unmatched by conventional upholstered frames.

With simple assembly and a wide selection of luxurious fabrics, it stands as a statement piece for the modern bedroom—offering effortless comfort every time you step inside.

How long does it take for the bed to fully expand?

The Marshmallow Headboard arrives compressed for added convenience, while the Marshmallow Base arrives non-compressed.

The time taken for the Marshmallow headboard to expand will vary from bed to bed and will ultimately depend on how long that particular headboard has been compressed. We find that 7 days is enough for the foam to expand to it's general shape. Corners and edges usually require extra time. However with a bit of patience and love, all it's edges and plush corners will expand into it's sumptuous shape.

Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes, our Marshmallow covers can be removed and washed on a cold delicate cycle and air-dried. However, we don't recommend doing it frequently to avoid stretching/shrinking the covers. For smaller stains, we recommend spot cleaning instead.

When removing and putting the covers back on, please be gentle to avoid damaging the zips.

We are not responsible for any damages or issues that arise when washing covers.

What mattress sizes work with the Floating Marshmallow Bed?

The Floating Marshmallow Bed has been designed to work with Australian standard mattress sizes, and is currently available in:

Double (138 x 190cm)
Queen (153 x 203cm)
King (183 x 203cm)

We recommend a mattress height of 28cm for the most balanced look. While taller mattresses will still work, anything above 30cm may obscure more of the headboard than intended.

We don't recommend any mattresses that are above 32cm such as Euro Tops.

We use a standard mattress height of 28cm in all of our product photos.

Does the bed frame take long to assemble?

Assembly takes just minutes with our Tool-less Mattress Base. It’s one of the easiest pieces of furniture you’ll ever assemble—and the best-looking, too.

Damaged and poor quality items

"Received several damaged pieces, the box was trashed, and contacted support about it. Was completely ghosted by them, never received a response. Some pieces were so damaged, I had to repair it myself to be able to assemble the bed in the first place."

— Ori (1/5)

So easy to set up

"So easy to set up and looks lovely. Great idea to be able to change the covers. Already saving my toes and shins."

— deborah c. (1/5)

Overpriced for quality

"Sadly I’m quite disappointed with this frame. I feel the quality isn’t great and especially not worth the price tag. The headboard doesn’t attach at all and looks flimsy. I also think the buttercream fabric appears and feels low quality, rather than elegant and luxurious as described. While the frame itself is sturdy I wouldn’t recommend this product."

— Maddie (2/5)

Fast delivery and extremely easy

"Fast delivery and extremely easy to put together. Very happy with my purchase."

— Talia A. (5/5)

I had been eyeing this

"I had been eyeing this bed for so long and it’s my first big girl purchase. I set it up so easy all by myself and I slept on the couch for 2 nights because of my hair wash schedule. The first sleep had to be perfect. So I had my everything shower, deep cleaned my room, and ironed the bed sheets and it was the best sleep ,I love it so much. No complaints and it arrived so quick I was very impressed! And I’m dying to get a matching bed for my new puppy, Rosa. Xx"

— Sarah M. (5/5)
