"Received unit with damage on front of drawer. It was replaced with another unit with similar damage. Looks like manufacturing defects. Notified support a second time and never heard from them again. Overall, unit is nice and assembles easily, drawers feel smooth. Top piece doesn't lock in so it moves around a lot. I had to use some felt feet to pack it in place. Not a big deal but would be an easy fix to include. I would have expected better quality control on a expensive unit."
