How long does it take to set-up/disassemble the bed?

Assembly and disassembly only takes 5-10 minutes. Zero tools are required. Just carefully unbox all the pieces and follow our simple illustrations and steps.

Remember to breakdown and recycle any cardboard from packaging and throw out soft plastics.

Whats the weight capacity of the bed?

We ensure our bed frames undergo vigorous and strenuous testing to ensure it meets our highest standards. The Connect Platform Bed has a tested weight capacity of 600kg.

What are the dimensions of the bed?

You can find detailed dimensions of each size in our "Dimensions" tab at the top of the page.

What types of mattresses can I use with this bed?

Our bed slat system is designed to work with all mattresses, including foam, bed-in-a-box, spring, hybrids and traditional mattresses.

We use a standard mattress height of 28cm in all of our product photos. All mattress heights will work, however, please note, larger mattresses will cover up more of the headboard.

What size mattresses work with this bed?

We've designed The Connect Platform Bed to work with Australian standard mattress sizes, and is currently available in 3 sizes.

How much space is under the bed?

There is a 23.6cm clearance between the floor and the bed. It provides great storage for boxes/luggages and keeps things out of sight.

What colour options does the bed come in?

Available in two timeless finishes - Natural and Walnut. Because we use 100% real wood, no two beds are the same. You can expect unique grains and slight colour variation.

These subtle imperfections are indicative of authentic wood, and should be embraced. Depending on the lighting, the colour may appear warmer under artificial light, cooler in natural daylight, and richer in dimmer settings.

Is the bed easy to disassemble if I need to move?

Yes, the bed can be disassembled in 5-10 minutes. It breaks down into headboard, footboards, side rails and slats for easy moving and to fit through elevators, doorways, stairwells.

Whats the best way to recycle packaging?

Disposing of packaging responsibly not only benefits the environment but also allows the materials to be repurposed into new products. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we have phased out styrofoam packaging in favor of recycled honeycomb cardboard.

When recycling paper and cardboard, including honeycomb cardboard, simply flatten or tear them into smaller pieces to conserve space in your recycling bin. There's no need to remove tape or labels; these will be handled during the recycling process.
